Now this was weird. The other day on my commute to work, was kind of in a funk. Plugged in my Hillbilly Homeboy CD. After a good dose of "Uncle BS" to put a smile on my face, I tuned in to JB&B and who was on? My comedic hero, TW. The routine about how you don't want your son to play football so he wouldn't tear up his knee (and thus learn to Salsa dance and get all the chicks). Made perfect sense to me!

Thank you for worrying about me. Maybe some sort of letter writing campaign. We have a new CD coming out in Oct. We send all our stuff to Sirius XM. I guess their program directors make the decisions. I'm not a Blue Collar comedian. I get lumped in with those guys by people but I never see the money or the TV. I am just Tim Wilson, out here going it alone with help from radio, Bob and Tom and John Boy and Billy. Thanks Tim Wilson PS- check out Roger and my detective book here on the website.

Tim, quick question.

I've installed Sirius Satellite radio in the truck and Blue Collar Comedy has to be my favorite channel. Your brand of comedy, my friend, should be what that network is all about - Hillbilly Country!

I've caught several of your routines (Uncle B.S., First Baptist Bar & Grill, etc) but you aren't getting the airplay you deserve. Do you get royalties, etc. on airtime? Some of the lame comedians have me flipping channels. What can we do to help you get more airtime?

I've done quite a few shows out there over the years. In the old days I used to work with Clint Black and Tanya Tucker at Ceasars. Did the Comedy Festival one year. The last time I was there was a show for Glock Pistols. Answer: I don't know! TW

Hey Tim...you are right about Dahmer and Bath, Ohio. He went to Revere HS and graduated with my cousin. In HS he was considered a wierd dude. When you coming to Cleveland? Where can I find that Ohio State football song you sing? I want to share it with some of my Buckeye loving friends.

Dear Bill, Bundy was born in either Vermont or Philly, I can't remember which, but Washington State gets most of the credit for him. Manson was born in Ohio I believe. Dahmer went to Ohio State and I know he went to the prom with a waitress friend of mine's sister in Bath ,Ohio. His first victim was in Bath, Ohio. The dog heads were on the broom sticks there! If a serial killer who grew up in Ohio was born in Germany while his dad was in the army, doesn't really make him German. Love TW

Hi Tim,

I heard you on 'Bob and Tom' a couple of days ago, and you were making a point about "hating" Ohioans. Your point was that Ohioans were taking credit for the airplane (even though it first flew in North Carolina), but not taking "credit" for Jeffery Dahmer (even though you said he was born in Ohio).

I hate to bust the funny, but J. Dahmer was born in Wisconsin. His family moved to Ohio when he was eight.

I have been looking for the clip myself. I can't find it on any CD, will it be included in a future CD? It was hilarious listening to Tim Wilson doing Struther Martin. And it's definitely not the same as the Stairwell to Heaven song. Could Tim do more Struther Martin material as well?
