I am the guy that asked you about Danny Simpson a month or so ago. I would love to do standup, but I'm afraid I've waited too long to give it a shot. (I'm 47 w/ NO exp.) HOWEVER,

I would like to know if there is a market for comedy writers? I've put together a catalog of `stuff' I have observed and thought about. Fact is stranger than fiction, ya know. I'd love to hear from you. I know that writers are a dime-a-dozen but, I think I can make you laugh.

Hi TR. I'm a fan of Tim Wilson too. Hell probably reply to you as well, but I thought I'd let you know that you're never too old to start doing stand up comedy! Just start showing up at amateur nights and trying your stuff out. It's also the best way to find out if what you write is any good!

TV uses comedy writers. I don't. Writing the act is the fun of it! My act is too personal to me!

If I used writers, I wouldn't think of it as mine and I would quit and write songs and books!
