Tim, FYI, today will be Carlton Gary's last day on earth. He is scheduled to be executed at 7:00 pm tonight in Georgia. Alot of controversy going on about a 90 day stay of execution to enable DNA testing of the evidence. Holler back.

I 've spent 3 years of my life researching andstudying the 6th and 7th strangling cases and I am positive that Carlton Gary did not commit those 2 crimes. Ted Bundy did. Roger and I have written a 420 page book about it. I would never write a 420 page book about any subject unless I was positive enough to argue my theory with any one willing to debate the FACTS with me.

I am NOT an expert in the cases that Gary was convicted in. He may very have committed the first 5 stranglings. I do not know. A jury of twelve was positive beyond a reasonable doubt in 1986.

But you have to understand that a Columbus GA jury of 12 said that William Hance was guilty of murder and I am positive that Hance did not physically murder the woman he was convicted of murdering. Roger and I spent 3 years on that case as well.

I only state my opinion on cases that I am an expert in.
